Curved plates are designed for controlled movement through repeated start-up and shutdown.
Qualified across 12 microturbine programmes, with engineering support from prototype to series production.

Secure the recuperator production capacity your programme needs, with ACTE as your manufacturing partner. Bringing our line to your site supports cost-competitive production, consistent quality and the speed to scale alongside your turbine operation.
For turbine OEMs scaling quickly to meet the world’s growing energy demand, on-site manufacturing offers a direct path to greater capacity. Together, we can align recuperator production with your growth plans—without compromising on quality.
Discuss manufacturing at your siteCurved plates are designed for controlled movement through repeated start-up and shutdown.
Primary-surface geometry packs extensive heat-transfer area into a compact volume.
Automated manufacture supports repeatable exchanger surface from prototype work to series supply.
Effectiveness of 90%+ is evaluated at stated operating conditions; refer to the datasheets for worked examples.

The models shown here are a selection, not the limits of the CPT range. ACTE offers other off-the-shelf products, combinations in series or parallel, and custom-sized equipment.
Start with your thermal duty, allowable pressure drop and available space. ACTE selects the core configuration, casing and interfaces around those requirements—not the other way round.
Talk to engineering →Recover exhaust heat before it leaves the turbine. CPT combines compact heat-transfer surfaces, thermal flexibility and adaptable interfaces to support your turbine programme.
CPT transfers heat from turbine exhaust to compressed combustion air, reducing the fuel needed to reach the required turbine inlet temperature. Its compact annular core brings recuperation into the turbine package.
Curved plates accommodate thermal expansion as the turbine heats up and cools down. This controlled flexibility helps manage thermal stress through repeated start-up and shutdown cycles.
Core configuration, casing and connections can be tailored to your flow, pressure-drop limits and available space—so the recuperator fits the programme, not the other way round.

Off-the-shelf: CPT 55, CPT 70 and CPT 95 are examples from the COMPACT line. Other off-the-shelf products are available; the datasheets below are not the full range.
Series or parallel: combine products to match the application. ACTE sizes the arrangement around flow distribution, thermal duty and allowable pressure drop.
Custom-sized: where the application calls for different dimensions, ACTE designs and manufactures equipment to suit, from prototype through series production.
